Paris, September 18, 2017 – LINKBYNET, a French provider of outsourcing and cloud hosting solutions, announced today the acquisition of Treeptik, a specialized consulting and development company, DevOps and Docker.LINKBYNET, which has achieved organic revenue growth of more than 10% in 2016, expects to accelerate its development by 20% in 2017.
This acquisition is LINKBYNET’s first external growth operation since Keensight Capital raised its 50 million € fund in 2016. This growth strategy is based on 4 areas: security, DevOps, software and cloud. The acquisition of Treeptik is part of the “DevOps” segment.
