Alerts are relayed 24/7 directly to the Client’s by email. At this level, LINKBYNET does not intervene on the actual infrastructure.

 

E-CONTINUITY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Includes: maintaining your services in operating condition, plus security, minor updates, and customized and extended monitoring and reporting services. All breakdowns are dealt with 24/7.

It follows an alert escalation procedure with three levels of technical expertise. With E-Control, the LINKBYNET hosting and facilities management service includes intervention on the Client’s platform only to execute the scripts for the covered incidents.

 

E-SERENITY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

This is the most comprehensive level in our hosting and facilities management range. It includes all previous levels of service and adds a project manager’s personalized, dedicated supervision throughout the contract. The project manager regularly submits a written report summarizing all the operations done on the Client’s platform, and also makes recommendations for functional and technical development.

The basic fee includes the management of all incidents, but it is also possible to use LINKBYNET’s network, technologies, and experts for an additional fee.
