Expansion Strategy

Originally based just north of Paris, a stone’s throw from the Stade de France, LINKBYNET has expanded its presence in France with its first branch office in Nantes. It is expanding internationally via its Mauritius subsidiary and very recently in North America with a subsidiary in Montreal.

This strategy is also aimed at reinforcing the following aspects of our business:

  • Nearshoring: A recent EGB (Electronic Business Group) conference on selective facilities management confirmed that offshore deployments, difficult to manage due to lack of proximity, were being overtaken by nearshoring, which makes real governance possible, due to the closer time and geographical zones involved.
  • Competence Multisourcing: Actual regional proximity to the great schools of engineering means much more contact with pools of talented individuals who may well join our teams. Thus local deployment enhances our responsiveness and ability to develop.
  • The creation of additional production centers, all using the same tools regardless of the actual sites. This increase in the number of production sites, and thus of the competences available enhances the quality of our Customer infrastructure deployments.
